I'm with you, Steph! I can't imagine an opportunity to meet TJ myself, but I am loving all these stories and the marvelous details. So fun to hear about your experiences and see the photos. Fantastic. :D

Well said, Steph. As I said to Sharon last night, there are no words for something like this. It's just unimaginably horrible and wrong.

TJ is such a good guy, always so positive.) If you'd like to share, what was your day like at the convention? What types of things did you ge...

Re: THE NEXT PROJECT

I feel like we're seeing a fresh new TJ in these final episodes of Bones. Most of his time on the show he's had a beard or scruff - it feels like this is the first time we've seen him as Hodgins completely clean-shaven, and it just gives him a brand new look. Makes me start to picture him as a diff...

Re: Bones 12.10 The Radioactive Panthers in the Party

Thanks, Sharon!

With that in mind, I think I'll prepare my caps lock for potential SHOUTING in annoyance about whatever they may do. ;) Prepare yourselves. Depending on their choices, there could be cursing. We'll see... :laughing-rollingred:

Re: Bones 12.10 The Radioactive Panthers in the Party

I'm with Sharon on this... the case seemed like kind of a waste of time, especially given how few episodes are remaining before this series is complete. I don't have a ton to say about it. In general... I liked the exchange between Cam and Hodgins when he startled her and she told him not to "roll ...

Re: Bones 12.05 The Tutor in the Tussle

Yep, that's Stanley from The West Wing. STANLEY Josh, do you think it's strange that you've never told me how [your sister] Joanie died? JOSH: I've told you. STANLEY: No, you haven't. JOSH: Sure, I have. STANLEY: No. ... STANLEY: The house caught on fire? JOSH: Yeah. STANLEY: While your sister Joan...

Re: Bones 12.09 The Steal in the Wheels

This was an okay episode to me - I think I didn't love it because I didn't care about the demolition derby stuff, I hate Buck and Wanda (LOL), and I felt like they wasted what could have been an interesting exploration of Brennan dealing with the complicated nature of her grief for her father but i...

Re: Bones 12.08 The Grief and the Girl

This is the last of the Bones episodes I'm able to see for now, since I don't currently have access to TV in real time. I have to wait a week for the episode to air on the FOX website, in order to access it. So the March 7 episode is one I have to wait to see next week. I don't have a ton to say ab...

Re: Bones 12.07 The Scare in the Score

It's funny to see you all talking about how rushed things have been this season. Mainly because in other seasons they've drawn things out to the point of ridiculousness (see: PELANT). So it's kind of sad that they didn't utilize the final 12 episodes a little better, maybe used each one to tell the...

Re: Offtopic Sofa Time

Thanks, Steph. :romance-smileyheart: Sadly, money's still a major issue. I'm trying not to freak out, and instead remember my past experiences and call upon the lessons I've learned over the years and trust that I'll figure it all out. But in the meantime it can still be pretty scary. I'm doing wha...

Re: Bones 12.06 The Flaw in the Saw

Alright, one more episode "review" and then I've got to get to bed! I agree with Sharon - the case in this one was pretty "ehhh." Just okay, another general episode. But like with last episode, I found a lot of humor in it. I chuckled at Christine's emphatic declaration at Booth: "I'm never riding ...

Re: Bones 12.05 The Tutor in the Tussle

Side note to Sharon: that guy is John Boyd's actual father?? You're kidding! That's so cool. And you know who he is, right? Stanley, Josh's therapist in that awesome West Wing episode "The Crackpots and These Women." :romance-smileyheart: Anyway, thanks for the trivia. That's really neat to know.
