Re: Bones 5.18 - The Predator in the Pool

So I'm half and half on this one. I did think the underwater scenes were great and wish there could have been more, like Hodgins had to go back for more evidence  Really interesting science with the fish being a murder weapon, the coral , etc. I do agree with everybody about the murderer g...

Re: Offtopic Sofa Time

TJ4ever and Jade, Don't feel weird about the dating site stuff. I've thought about it too. It can happen...My mother and stepfather actually met on eHarmony a couple years ago and got married about 6 months later. Seeing them so happy makes me want to try it, but I don't know if I'm ready to go ther...

Re: Bones 5.17 The Death of the Queen Bee

On a final note, I find it so difficult to watch Hodgins without thinking, "I want one of those." :romance-inlove: Anyone else have that problem? Yes, I have that problem too. Especially when he gave Angela the "I'm your guy" speech. I don't know if it's TJ or the character exactly but I always wan...

Kathy Reichs--From Crime Lab to Crime Fiction

Kathy Reichs came to MTSU here in Tennessee on Wednesday 4/14, and since I'm only about 40 minutes away I was able to go. My big night out, lol. Another girl said it was the highlight of her life and Kathy was like "you need to get out more!" Kathy seemed very personable and was funny in a squinty s...

Re: Offtopic Sofa Time

Yeah, school starts again tomorrow!!! :character-beavisbutthead: :happy-cheerleaderkid: Parents should understand the above excitement. I love my child but he is just the type that needs a routine, and unfortunately I can't take off work with him. It has been a loooong and super busy week. I...

Re: The Random Thread

Not sure exactly where to put this, but it is kind of random... Bones fans on Twitter started using their high school pics for their avatars (in honor of the high school reunion next week).

I put this one up...It's my squintiest picture :)

Re: All you wanted to know and haven't had a chance to ask

So I really enjoyed seeing TJ's list of songs and even checked a few out (really like Arcade Fire)... What are some movies that you consider must-see? Thinking more of "obscure" titles or old movies that aren't hugely popular like "Avatar" etc... Since I have 2 kids and can't get out much, I've been...

"Would you like to know what MY thing is?" On the back "It's a very good thing" w/Bones logo and page 187 all over the pants.

I do like anything along the lines of Queen of the Lab.

Re: Kathy Reichs and Mary Poppins

Just found out that Kathy Reichs is going to be giving a lecture "Crime Lab to Crime Fiction on April 14th (my only night w/o kids) at MTSU (30 minutes away). And it's FREE and open to the public.

I might just have to check it out!

Re: Bones 5.15 The Bones on the Blue Line

Oh, I like the layers too...I guess the advantage is it makes you appreciate the scenes when he's not wearing as much.

But yeah, poor TJ, he really probably is hot on the set.

Oh and besides Toyota sponsoring the show, why is Angela really driving a mini van??

Re: Bones 5.15 The Bones on the Blue Line

Finally got around to watching around 1 am... Well, I don't remember a lot of what happened because after Hodgins started talking about "that thing he does" I had a hard time concentrating. "You'll never be rid of me" hehe :P Anyhow, I did find myself much more interested in the personal side than t...

Re: Interviews

Thanks for posting that, that was funny. I liked how he said "that Emily girl is cute." For some reason cute and girl just don't seem the right way to describe ED, maybe Emily but not "Bones!" TJ such a nice guy as always....and if TJ is in need of a date he's welcome to come here. Might have to tak...

Re: Offtopic Sofa Time

Sherry, I am so sorry for your loss. I never know what to say at times like these. My family took care of my grandmother at our home until the end and it was a difficult time. I miss her so much but remember only the good stuff now (She was all the Golden Girls combined into one). You should share a...
