Forensic Jargon in Daily Life

Post by kayleigh_marie »

I've noticed, since watching Bones has become more of an obsession than anything else, I have begun to use words from their vocabulary in place of the commonplace words...
Like Striations.... Sediment (because dirt is a bad word  ).... You know. There are more, but I can't seem to bring them to my fingers...

Am I the only one?

I apologize if this isn't fit for a topic. Just let me know.
I was just curious, if anyone else had the same "problem" as I do ;)

I'll add more as I remember.

I'm waiting for the opportunity to throw "manubrium" into the conversation.

Dancing phalanges made me laugh! Such a cute moment. I'm just waiting to get the chance to use it on a child young enough not to look at me like I'm crazy...:P

They all look at me like I'm crazy, lol. If I can make them laugh, then it's all good. :)
