Hello! My name is Kathy and I'm new to the forum. I live in Florida with my husband and kids, but I'm originally from New Mexico. I joined because I recently became addicted to Bones and I love the character of Dr. Hodgins, so I had to find out a little more about my new favorite actor. :romance-smileyheart:

I was born in Durango, CO, but grew up in the Four Corners area in a town called Bloomfield. It's only 15 minutes away from Farmington, NM. I moved with my husband to Florida ten years ago but I try to get back to NM whenever I can.

Oh, I've heard it is very nice up there where you are from Kathy! That isn't that close to where I live at all. I've never been quite that far north(west) in NM though. I think Cloudcroft is as far that way as I have been.

Yeah, the Southwest is beautiful! I've never been to Texas, other than the Dallas airport, and I don't think that counts. :) I love being able to see for miles near the Four Corners, whether it's the desert to the south or the mountains to the north. It was definitely a shock when we moved to FL, completely different terrain, culture, everything! lol! I could do without the hurricanes and tropical storms though. :icon-lol:

Hi Gaby! Explore and enjoy! I'm Steph, the moderator of the site. Sharon and I are the ones to come to if anything practical about the forum is bothering you. Or indeed if you have improvement suggestions.

I'm going to wait till everyone has seen your post and then merge it with the Introduce Yourself thread if that's ok. And, should you wish to tell us more about your life, flop down into the Sofa thread and have a good old chat.

Welcome!
