They could always just have TJ play his older brother, you know, get the makeup guy from Shuffle to come in. Of course, they'd have to work some split screen magic or something....

In all seriousness, I can't think of anyone worthy enough to be brother Hodgins offhand. I am, however, never opposed to seeing Jon Bon Join on my TV screen.

Finding a suitable brother for Hodgins would indeed be quite difficult :/
I'm trying to dig into my brain, thinking of candidates... Nope can't really...
The Shuffle/make-up idea sounds amazing though, still quite hard. Then the brothers would probably have to dislike each other, because hugs would be very VERY hard to do...
Haha I just searched for look-a-likes, Elliott Yamin shows up... Curly hair, his eyes look blue-ish, just not sure who he is xD
Nope, sorry, I can't imagine Hodgins having a brother. Just can't. Him being the sole-heir creates the whole Jack Hodgins, wouldn't want him otherwise.

I don't think he looks like TJ. But I never think anyone others think look like TJ look like him. Maybe I'm prejudiced. And I REALLY hope they don't make his brother younger than him, it is bad enough they are going to have a brother in the first place!!! Also I'd hate it if he were in intern. That'd just be dumb.

And I was also sad about the new intern because something TJ told me about someone that was auditioning. LOL (not sure if I can say who but someone that would have been cool for TJ to have on the show).

Andddddddddd, in other spoiler news, a "blind item" about a couple breaking up. I do not know if this is Booth/Brennan, but they are one of the possible candidates. I have to say though, I would not be surprised at ALL if HH splits them up, it is what he does...so maybe it isn't them since they said fans would never see it coming, I've seen it coming for a while now.

In fact, I EXPECT it to happen. And the fact that he says "possibly heading into their last season" I think eliminates Castle and Once Upon a Time and The Good Wife.

Yeah, I agree that it seems too predictable to break up Booth and Brennan. As much as I don't like it, I think Hart will probably split up Angela and Hodgins first.

...and I REALLY hope that this isn't the last season of Bones! I've only recently discovered the show and I don't want it to be over so quickly. I really regret not watching it when it first aired.

I have to say here that HH's 'unpredictablility' has always been pretty predictable, and that when he does these things it tends to be as a plot device, to change the feel of the show: it never feels natural!! I don't consider myself an obsessive shipper but a Hodgela split would annoy me intensely at this stage (can I just say I am only using that word to annoy Sharon, it's not in my vocabulary for any other reason!!). Particularly with a child to think about.

Concerning the new squintern. I think he does look a bit like TJ. But to introduce a brother as a squint would be majorly dumb, as Sharon says. Even as a half brother where they don't know one another (that's the kind of thing I used to write into my invented comic strips when I was about 15 and couldn't think of any other way to introduce a new character!! Sub-fan fiction really...).

I've never watched it, but it looks like I'll be watching at least one episode.

It comes on right after Bones on Monday nights...well, here in the US anyway. I'm not sure if it's available internationally.

Did anybody read the article and see the pics from the January 21st episode, The Corpse in the Canopy? I'm really looking forward to this one. We're almost guaranteed to see lots of Hodgins in it.

I have to tell you that, because a friend of mine just come up with the most beautiful speculation ever about Hodgins.

Pelant is Hodgins brother (who he doesn't even know existed) and that's why he hate Jack (and his colleagues) so much, this would be awesome if true.
And that's why Jack needs to do this strange "garage sale" spoiler Give Me My remote talked about (why a billionaire would need to do a garage sale!?), because Pelant did something to attack Hodgins and the Cantilever Group, and put a corpse over his and Angela bed.

After all in The Crack in the Code, when Pelant didn’t even met Hodgins, in the interrogation room he said “Give Jack Hodgins my regards, I knew he’d enjoy the code in the spine.” Why he would be so interested in him?

Given “the powers that be” already said they would have bring in the game Hodgins’s brother, this would be definitely better than seeing some random guy comes out of the blue and say “hi, I’m your brother.”

Sorry Teresa, but if they did that it might actually be the end of me watching Bones. I really, really wouldn't like that at all. I absolute despise the Pelant storyline anyway, and that would just make it worse for me. I don't want Hodgins to have a brother at all, but that would REALLY annoy me to have it be someone like Pelant. If they do have to introduce a family member for Hodgins, I sure hope it is someone normal. But of course I suppose that wouldn't be interesting.

Don't be sorry, I don't mind to share different opinions.

I admit I would really enjoy something like that, probably because I really like the Pelant storyline and I guess people would be SO much more interested in this kind of plot than a "normal" people showing up as Jack's brother, not to mention that I'm convinced this would give us an incredibly beautiful performance from TJ.

Well Teresa, that's a VERY interesting idea that I would never have thought of! I'm kind of on the fence about it though. It would definitely make an interesting storyline, but I don't like Pelant being related to Hodgins AT ALL! I actually enjoy the killers that give everybody in the lab a difficult time and really test their abilities, but only if they don't get too close to the main characters and attempt to hurt them.

Even though they were some of my favorite episodes with the scariest serial killers, the ones where Zack and Vincent left the show were the saddest because they were two of my favorite characters. I'm afraid with Pelant around, it means that we will lose another character, and him being Hodgins' brother makes him way too close!

It isn't that I'd think it was Hodgins fault to have a brother like that. I wouldn't like it because I think Hodgins family is VERY important to him and I think it'd really hurt him to have a brother like that. He'd take it personally, even if it isn't his fault. HODGINS WOULD BE UPSET and I don't want that. I just think there are a lot other storylines they could give Hodgins to give him something meaty rather than doing something like making Pelant his brother, storylines that make sense, rather than messing with something they established a long time ago, HE HAS NO FAMILY!! The only way he can have family is if he doesn't know about it, and THAT is a storyline that has been done to death in my opinion. TV writers just can't seem to come up with something new, so they fall back on the LETS BRING IN AN UNKNOWN FAMILY MEMBER-be it a child they never knew about, a brother, sister, someone they didn't know was their father, whatever, it is a soap opera trick and Bones should be better than that. Either that or they make someone have a child unexpectedly (oh wait, they did that already too! HAHAHA)
