I can hardly keep up with the increasing membership - phew - but Erin, fantastic to see you here, how could you possibly think we might not give you a big welcome hug!
Hi to you all, really hope you enjoy our corner of the world, lit up as it is by TJ's smile and personality!

Angela: Well, what about love? What do you have to say about love?
Hodgins: It´s overrated-most of the time Dexter: They make it look so easy-connecting with another human being. It's like no one told them it's the hardest thing in the world.
Such lovely gifs, Consuelo, TJ is very talented at holding up things in an amusing manner - open a thread in Talk TJ if you want to talk about what he handles well (!)
Just wanted to say that, as I knew it would, TJ's question thread is getting some absolutely fascinating replies. I didn't want to spoil the flow of that thread, so I'm coming here to say Welcome Dr_Carson_Beckett, who has just contributed a great post there. Thank you for saying so much about yourself in a single, first, post. Please do drop in here also. I for one would love to get to know you better. Languages are my thing too, as I teach French and German. My passion is communication and that's one reason why I love it here. I've travelled a lot in Europe and would like to go further afield (money, ties, commitments-you know the drill)!
I'd like, too, to admire Sandy's, Jen's and Simone's contributions -everybody's! - over there. As TJ said, we are finding out so much about one another, it's awesome! They are intense, deep questions and some may not want to answer them, which I totally understand, but it's unusual in a forum to read the profound and thoughtful posts as well as the fun ones. Thank you all so much.

I joined the forum just in case I feel inclined to say something some day. I don't really talk a whole lot in general.
Anyway, I've decided TJ Thyne is my hero and someone to seriously look up to because of the philosophy he seems to have about wanting to tell great stories to people. It really spoke to me cause I want to do the same (although not as an actor, but as an illustrator and writer). I hope to someday find the amount of strength in mind/body/spirit that he displays.
I expect whether I post much or not this will be a pleasant community to watch. (I'm Lore over in the chatter box btw).
Huge welcome to you Lore, lovely to be able to say hi. Don't worry about posting all the time, we appreciate our lurkers too, especially if they feel able to put a few words in the chat box from time to time. But looking forward to getting to know you.

I want to thank anyone who spends part of their day creating [& sharing their experience]. I don't care if it's a book, a film, a painting, a dance, a piece of theater, a piece of music… I think this world would be unlivable without art. ~ S. Soderbergh
