So glad you are back safe and sound, Rebecca! Did you and your family have a wonderful trip? What did you see and do? Aside from meeting the lovely Steph (yay!), what else was your favorite part of the travels?

Temperance Jayne Percival was born at 3:00pm exactly today.
Mum and baby doing well.
Dad is knackered after having his fingers squished by labouring mum
6 pounds 3 if anyone is interested.

It feels great to be a Dad again. Tempe is my third but still as exciting as the first. I missed the birth of my son (the second child) as my wife gave birth at 11pm and I was at home looking after the other sprog. By the time the babysitters (Grandparents) got to the house and me to the hospital I'd missed the birth by 30 minutes.
Didn't miss a thing this time and even cut the cord (which was scary).

Rebecca. So pleased to see you back on. To be fair, you thoroughly deserved a rest, so there's no need to apologise for not having been round a lot! I daresay there was a bit of jet lag in there too.
I LOVED being with you and Gretchen and your great family. It's been a tremendous and emotional experience and, like you, I feel it is definitely a beginning. Stay happy and I wish you a fantastic vacation. <<big hug>>
