CASTLE-fans attention: Season 4 spoiler!

For those of you who haven't seen it, Nathan Fillion gave an interview at Comic Con and said, that the first episode of season 4 will start around 15 minutes after Kate was shot. I think the first scene will be in the hospital. Oh, and he said there will be some Josh-scenes, too. Just fyi! Looking forward to it!

So what are everyone's favorite books? I love reading and hearing new book recommendations, and am always looking for something new to read. I also collect books. I buy them for really cheap from library sales ($0.25 per paperback!) so it's fun. I currently have about 210 books in my collection...my ultimate goal is to have my own library in my house (with the ladders and everything) :)

I would have to say my top 10 favorites are (in no particular order):

1- To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee
2- Life of Pi by Yann Martel
3- The Harry Potter series by JK Rowling
4- North & South by Elizabeth Gaskell
5- Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury
6- Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe
7- The Old Man & the Sea by Ernest Hemingway
8- The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams
9- Inherit the Wind by Jerome Lawrence and Robert E. Lee
10- Little Women by Louisa May Alcott

Lately I've been in the mood for chicklit...I suspect because it's nearing finals (next week, actually) and my brain is craving something lighthearted and easy to read! I love any book that makes me laugh or makes me think. Generally I tend to stick to literary fiction over any other genre, but I will read pretty much anything that catches my attention.

What are your favorite books and genres?

Alright. Huge Buffy fan. Seen every episode probably 20 times. Own the whole series, and Angel.
I'm practically in love with James Marsters and season 1-3 Xander. lol
Davide Boreanaz is yummy, though.
I've been following Buffy since I was 10. lol.

I ENVY YOU. I would KILL to talk to James Marsters.
I've wanted to pick his brain for years.

Some favorite books?
Pride and Prejudice
The Soul Screamer Series
Harry Potter Series (I'm a geek...)
Wuthering Heights
Pretty much anything by Ellen Hopkins is gold to me.
Yes, To Kill a Mockingbird is amazing.
And I'm working on PS I love you.

I have like 200 books, but that's just the stack of books I have by my bed. lol

Mr. Marsters?

A mischievous gentleman. *SWOON*

OK, books?

That's a hard one for me! I have (by conservative estimate) 1,000,000 books at my bedside, and I keep moving from one to the other....

The Softwire.
Golden Compass.
Neverwhere.
Wild Horses.
Enders Game.

But most of all? I do love me some 'Good Omens.'

(An aside... TJ would make a WICKED good Crowley...)

I read all the Twilight books, while they were good and I'll never bash on them they didn't tickle my funnybone.

It looks as though we all have a lot in common!

I've read the Twilight books several times.
I don't hate them, and I don't love them.
They're nice to escape into when I'm tired. It's easy to do so as well, because of her incessant use of adjectives.

I LOVE the Inheritance Series. I need to get the new book. I can't remember if it's come out or not.
And ooh!
Cassandra Clare.
City of Bones/Ashes/Glass?
I LOVE her. <3

Inheritance...That's Eragon right? The boyfriend said the fourth book is out in November.

I'm going to read A Game of Thrones next I think.

Any Rookie Blue fans?
